Glass standing birds from Ballybrick Glass and Clay in Co Down. Frances has come up with another cute gift option. Each bird has little feet on wire so they stand up! Choose from a range of colours. They are all adorable yet still affordable. Each one is unique due to the handmade nature and the process glass goes through in the kiln. Contrary to the picture the green one has legs just like the others!
Frances creates her work in a home studio just  outside Rathfriland, Co Down and you can see the inspiration of her surroundings in her work. She creates a wide range of earrings, necklaces, hanging glass decorations, soap dishes and framed pieces. One of many local Irish artists stocked in Good Craic Gifts, Rostrevor.

The shop is eclectic and fun and definitely worth a visit if you are in the Mourne area. If a product doesn’t exist yet I might just create it myself.
